[CLSM] 由多媒体大学 (马六甲院校) 华文学会微晶创作坊所举办的M-POP词曲创作发表会即将到来！

活动详情如下：

日期 : 27/03/2011（星期日）
时间 : 7.30pm
地点 : 多媒体大学礼堂(Main Hall)
票价 : RM5(会员), RM6(非会员)

发表会当晚将会有多位本校创作人现场演绎他们的自创歌曲！除此之外，我们将会颁发“最佳人气作品” 奖项给票数最高的作品。所有的观众可以将自己手上神圣的一票，投给自己心仪的创作作品。

有兴趣者可到位于宜家园公寓对面走廊的筹款展卖会（14/3/2011 – 17/3/2011）及综合讲堂走廊的宣传柜台（21/3/2011 – 24/3/2011）购买入门票！

心动不如行动，别再迟疑了，召集所有朋友一起来感受我们对创作及音乐的热诚吧！

[CLSM] M-POP Song Composing Sharing Night, which is proudly brought to you by Chinese Language Society, Multimedia University (Melaka Campus) is coming to the campus!

The details of the event are as followed:

Date : 27/3/2011
Time : 7.30pm
Venue : Main Hall, Multimedia University (Melaka Campus)
Entrance Ticket Price : RM 5 (member), RM 6 (Non-Member)

Musical composers will be given an opportunity to perform their composed songs during the M-POP Song Composing Sharing Night. Besides, every audience can have a vote on “THE BEST POP SONG” on the sharing night to support their favourite song.

For those who are interested, please welcome to our food bazaar at Ixora Walkway (14/3/2011 – 17/3/2011) and our booth at CLC Concourse （21/3/2011 – 24/3/2011）to buy the entrance ticket and get to know more details on the sharing night.

It will be a fantastic night! Do not hesitate anymore! Gather all your friends and let’s rock the night. Let us enjoy the passion towards music and composing!

报名规则及报名详情

M-POP词曲创作发表会详情如下：

日期: 27/3/2011

时间：7.30pm

地点：马六甲多媒体大学礼堂。（Main Hall）

报名规则:

参加作品的作词或作曲其中一人必须是多媒体大学（马六甲院校）的在籍学生。
作品必须未曾被唱片公司灌录成原声带或唱片。
作品必须是华文歌曲。
参加作品必须为原创，不得抄袭、转载或改编他人作品。

作品呈交方式：

作品必须以:半成Demo CD方式，连同报名表格与4份歌词，一同呈交给主办单位联络人。此外，主办单位将会在3月7日至9日于活动筹款展卖会设柜台来接收报名表格。

所有呈交后的DEMO将不会被退还给创作者。
请完整填写报名表格, 若发现有不完整之处, 主办单位有权取消参加资格。
本会保留修订参加规则的权利并对结果拥有最终决定权。
已缴交的报名费，恕不退还。
参加者须接受主办单位所做的决定，不得有异议。

筛选过程:

评审将通过Demo CD，在所有作品中筛选出12首最佳作品。
筛选结果将会通过M-POP词曲创作发表会的官方网站（http://mpop-clsm.blogspot.com）发布。此外，主办单位将会以电话或电邮的方式通知12首佳作的创作者。
被筛选为最佳作品的12首歌将会有机会在M-POP词曲创作发表会当天演绎。主办单位将不会提供乐手给当晚的演绎者。
主办单位将会颁发“最佳人气作品”给发表会当晚获得观众最高投票票数的作品。
入围作品数量将根据评审鉴定而作出更动。

报名费：

每一首作品的报名费为RM5
若有四首或以上的作品报名，报名费一律为RM20。

招收作品的截止日期为：

9/3/2011

备注：以上条例若有未尽善处，主办单位有权增删之。

M-Pop Song Composing Sharing Night:

Date: 27 March 2011

Time: 7.30pm

Venue: Main Hall of Multimedia University (Malacca Campus)

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

The Composing Song(s), either the Lyrics of song or the Melody of song must be originated from the current student of Multimedia University (Malacca Campus).
The submitted song(s) must be clean and pure, without being recorded by any Musical Company in any album as piece(s) of recording song.
The submitted song(s) must be in Chinese Language.
The song compositions must be ORIGINAL. Any copied, re-printed or adapted song(s) is not qualified.

Way of Submission:

The recording of the song must be submitted in the form of “Demo CD”, together with the hardcopy of Application Form and four hardcopies copies of lyrics of the song to the person-in-charge. In addition, the participants can submit the forms to the booth opened by organizing committee from 7^th March 2011 to 9^th March 2011 during the Food Fair of the event.

The submitted DEMO will not be returned to the participant(s)
The form must be completed. Participants will be disqualified for incomplete form submission.
The Registration fee is non-refundable.
The organizing committee reserves the right to amend, delete or add to the above Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, at the same time, holds authority for the final decision.
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

The procedure of the selection of songs:

A total number of 12 songs will be selected by the panel of judges from the demo(s) received.
The result will be announced officially on the official website (http://mpop-clsm.blogspot.com) of the M-POP Song Composing Sharing Night. Besides, the organizing committee will inform the productor(s) of the 12 best songs via phone and e-mail for confirmation.
The selected 12 best songs will be giving an opportunity to present the songs during the M-POP Song Composing Sharing Night.
“THE BEST POP SONG” award will be given to the song which obtained the highest votes from audience of the sharing night.
The number of selected song will be modified according to judges’ judgments.

Application Fees:

The application fee of each piece of song is RM5.
RM20 will be the Application fees, provided the submission of the song is more than 4 pieces.

The Closing Date of the collection(s) is as followed:

9^th March 2011

Note: The organizing committee has the discretion to modify or amend the above rules and regulations.
